Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $143 in Canada.

Orders typically ship the next business day. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 15 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

SHIPPING TIMES

For US shipping: Express delivery takes 1-4 business days, standard and free delivery takes 2-5 business days.
For international shipping: Express delivery takes 3-7 business days, standard delivery takes 10-15 business days, and free delivery takes 10-15 business days.
Please note that shipping time does not include weekends or the standard processing time of 1-2 business days required for order fulfillment.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Tracking number are assigned to packages when they ship. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check the status.

How do I apply my Discount Code

You can enter your discount codes on the last page before you click ‘ Complete Order’ you will find a box to enter your discount code. Once you have entered this code, click ‘apply’. Your total amount will be updated to reflect the discount.
